Let me tell you about myself. I developed a passion for commercial real estate when as a bookkeeper for a real estate management company many years ago.  My role evolved to the Property Management Office, for both commercial and residential and I eventually became involved with development.

My expertise includes identifying properties, handling all purchasing coordination, title, finance, insurance and more. Whether you are looking to buy, lease, renovate, or develop commercial property, I certainly have the experience to make the transaction easy.

I have the ability to manage a wide variety of projects ranging from design, development, expediting, contracting, inspections, to city requirements, and everything in between. A lot of my experience lies in revitalization with the purchasing, renovating, and reselling of multi-family homes.

You can also rely on me to design floor plans, and manage construction timelines, inspections, and budgets. Licensed in both New York and New Jersey, I can assist you wherever your commercial real estate needs might be.

Fluent in both English and Hebrew, I moved to the US from Israel 20 years ago. Since then I have spent the last 20 years building my network in the New York and New Jersey areas.
